The archive does not establish a validated weather predictor, a completed global human-behavior validation, or a finished multi-station network. The ice-storm dataset is published with uncalibrated microphones and stated limits. The 0.71 delay factor is a hypothesis. The open-source repository is prepared and not yet public.
